Description

You will independently advise automotive clients on digital transformation, digitization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. The job combines business and IT: analyzing and modeling processes and IT environments, defining IT solutions, and supporting planning and implementation. You will run presentations and workshops, help shape client offers, and mentor less experienced consultants.

Responsibilities

• Advise automotive clients as an independent consultant on digital transformation, digitization, Industry 4.0, and related topics

• Analyze, model, and improve business processes, organizational structures, and client IT environments; define appropriate IT solutions

• Prepare concepts, plan, and support implementation of solutions

• Conduct presentations and workshops with clients

• Co-create client offers

• Support automotive key processes (production, logistics, marketing, sales, after-sales service) and implement innovative trends (connected car, customer interaction, in-car services, autonomous driving, etc.)

• Support and mentor less experienced consultants and lead small consulting teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT consulting, designing IT architectures, or implementing IT systems in enterprises (especially automotive)

• Experience in analysis, modeling, and process improvement

• Interest in the automotive industry and its changes

• Knowledge of market trends such as Digitalization, Customer First, and Industry 4.0

• Strong analytical thinking; structured problem/process analysis and business-goal-oriented solution proposals

• Communicative, relationship-oriented consulting skills; satisfaction from helping business partners

• Very good German and English
