Description

You will be part of consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions, coordinating larger Agile implementations or leading a project area independently. The role includes leading complex business analysis, defining functional requirements, designing solutions, mentoring team members, and taking on leadership roles such as Team Leader, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Architect as needed. You will also supervise analytical work across multiple teams and support B2B sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in consulting or implementation teams for financial institutions (primarily insurance)

• Coordinate larger Agile implementation projects or lead a project area independently

• Lead complex business analysis and define functional requirements

• Design solutions and mentor less experienced team members

• Serve as Team Leader, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Architect as required

• Supervise analytical work across multiple teams

• Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and leaders

• Collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects

• Lead an internal company area supported by a supervisor

• Support B2B sales activities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT project experience in the financial sector (preferably insurance or bancassurance) in an international environment

• In-depth understanding of insurance company or banking processes and business models

• Experience with functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations

• Team management skills and responsibility for team results

• Creative, resourceful, and proactive problem-solving for complex issues

• Strong analytical thinking and synthesis to ensure deliverable quality

• Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union

• Bachelor’s degree

• English language command at least C1 level
