Description

You will provide day-to-day IT support for employees and, over time, learn the company’s applications to support their maintenance and updates. The role covers troubleshooting computer and office software/hardware issues, helping with accounts and network/VPN access, and supporting application testing, bug reproduction, log collection, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate brings technical curiosity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn—also using AI for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Help employees with issues related to computers, software, and office hardware

• Prepare workstations, configure devices, and keep equipment records

• Support accounts, access, network, and VPN operations according to established procedures

• Learn company applications: test behavior, reproduce bugs, collect logs, and handle maintenance updates

• Create short instructions and support the IT team in daily tasks and coverage

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of operating and configuring computers and networks

• Ability to methodically identify the root cause of problems and communicate clearly with users

• Accuracy, good organization, and attention to access and data security

• Willingness to develop in IT administration, application maintenance, and automation

• Interest in AI and desire to use it for learning and troubleshooting
