Description

You will expand the IT team in support and administration. The role focuses on 1st- and 2nd-Level user support, provisioning, administration, and maintenance of mostly Windows-based client and server systems, and monitoring and improving critical systems and processes. You will also analyze and resolve issues and support further escalation with the manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users for questions and incidents (1st and 2nd level)
• Administer and maintain primarily Windows-based client and server systems
• Monitor and optimize critical systems and processes
• Analyze and solve reported problems; assist with manufacturer escalation
• Handle hardware care and maintain inventory for company clients, servers, printers, and mobile devices

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as an IT Systems Integration Specialist or comparable qualification with strong IT affinity
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows environments, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge and experience with Linux derivatives as well as iOS and Android systems
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products and common office tools
• Knowledge and experience with general hardware configuration and networking
• Knowledge and experience with virtualization, ideally VMware
• Experience with Cisco, Sophos, and SwyxWare is a plus
• Enjoy service-oriented work
• Strong teamwork and friendly communication
• Good German skills (spoken and written)
