Description

You will provide user support and manage IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, peripherals, servers, virtualization, networks, backups, and security. You will administer users and services in Active Directory and Microsoft 365, troubleshoot operational problems across systems (ERP, e-shop, B2B, logistics), create reports from ERP Ventus, and contribute to integrations and middleware. The role also involves documentation and continuous improvements of the IT environment with an emphasis on AI programming and integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support and manage computers, printers, and peripherals
• Administer servers, virtualization, networks, backups, and security
• Manage users and services in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoot operational issues across ERP, e-shop, B2B, and logistics systems
• Communicate with vendors, including the ERP administrator
• Create reports based on ERP Ventus
• Support development and maintenance of integrations and middleware
• Document processes and continuously improve the IT environment
• Work on AI programming, integrations, and development

Requirements

• Experience managing Windows (desktop and server) and Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID)
• Practical networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN)
• Independence, reliability, and ability to follow tasks through to completion
• Ability to explain IT topics clearly to non-IT colleagues
• Active knowledge and interest in AI and its applications
