Description

You will support IT users and departments in a small IT team, handling ticket-based user assistance and basic PC setup and troubleshooting. The role also includes technical support in classrooms and lecture halls, and working with internal IT systems. You will manage administrative IT tasks such as purchase orders, invoices, and IT asset records.

Responsibilities

• IT department administration: purchase orders, invoices, and asset evidence

• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill their IT requests

• Provide basic IT support to users and manage tickets

• Install and commission new PCs and add them to asset records

• Provide technical support in classrooms and lecture halls

• Work with internal IT systems and tools

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education with a high school diploma

• Basic IT knowledge; comfortable in Windows; MS Office is not unfamiliar

• Ability to perform basic PC setup and repairs

• User-level knowledge of MS Office

• Independent, careful, reliable, and discreet work

• Attention to detail and a sense of order

• Ability to independently drive tasks to completion
