Description

You will support the IT team by administering and monitoring systems and applications within your area of responsibility. The role focuses on optimizing performance, resolving errors and incidents, keeping systems up to date, monitoring security aspects, and providing employee support through documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor systems and applications in your area of responsibility

• Optimize performance and troubleshoot errors and outages

• Organize and maintain processes so assigned systems and applications remain current

• Contribute to IT projects

• Monitor security aspects of systems and applications

• Support the resolution of problems within your work scope

• Provide documentation and employee support

Requirements

• Completed IT training or comparable qualification

• Several years of relevant experience in the assigned tasks

• Team orientation, user-focused mindset, strong communication skills

• Resilience and reliability

• Alignment with the organization’s values and goals

• Willingness for occasional evening and weekend work as well as business travel

• Good German and English skills
