Description

The role focuses on creating effective, consistent, and engaging CRM communications for retail and SME banking customers in digital channels.

You will prepare CRM messages based on campaign briefs, design CRM communication scenarios, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment, publish communications on the platform, and verify implementation correctness.

Responsibilities

• Create CRM communications from campaign briefs
• Prepare content for different customer segments
• Design CRM communication scenarios
• Work with Product Owners, Marketing, CRM, IT, developers, and legal stakeholders
• Publish communications on the platform and verify correct implementation
• Perform CRM communication tests
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies
• Build knowledge of banking products and customer needs to create effective messages

Requirements (Must Have)

• 3–5+ years of experience creating CRM communications or a related marketing communication role
• Excellent writing and editing skills for customer-focused communication
• Experience preparing communications for email, SMS, or push channels
• Ability to design and implement communication scenarios
• Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders
• Teamwork skills
• Experience working in Agile
• Meticulousness, diligence, and good work organization
• Ability to conduct CRM communication testing
• Higher technical education
• Banking experience
