Description

You will design and manage multichannel CRM campaigns across their full lifecycle—covering segmentation and customer-journey-based personalization. You will use CRM and marketing automation tools, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion based on data analysis with SQL and/or SAS. You will translate campaign results into business recommendations while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multichannel CRM campaigns end-to-end

• Segment customers using behavioral, transactional, and profile data

• Create personalized communication scenarios based on the customer journey

• Operate CRM and marketing automation tools

• Analyze campaign and customer data using SQL and/or SAS

• Run A/B tests and optimize conversion

• Analyze campaign effectiveness and formulate business recommendations

• Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT teams

Requirements

• Experience designing and developing multichannel CRM campaigns

• Ability to manage the full campaign lifecycle

• Competence in customer segmentation using behavioral, transactional, and profile data

• Ability to create personalized communication scenarios tied to the customer journey

• Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

• Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS for data analysis

• Experience running A/B tests and optimizing conversion

• Ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and prepare business recommendations

• Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, Product, and IT
