Description

You will create effective, consistent, and engaging CRM communications for retail and SME banking clients across digital channels. The role focuses on preparing CRM messages from campaign briefs and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in an Agile environment. You will also publish communications, verify implementation correctness, and run CRM communication tests.

Responsibilities

• Create CRM communication based on campaign briefs

• Prepare content for different customer segments

• Design CRM communication scenarios

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Marketing, CRM, IT, developers, and legal teams

• Publish communications on the platform and verify correct implementation

• Conduct CRM communication testing

• Participate in Agile ceremonies

• Build knowledge of banking products and customer needs to craft effective messages

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience creating CRM communications or a related marketing communication role

• Very good writing and editing skills for customer-facing communications

• Experience preparing CRM content for email, SMS, and/or push channels

• Ability to design and implement CRM communication scenarios

• Experience collaborating with multiple business stakeholders

• Teamwork skills

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Diligence, meticulousness, and good work organization

• Ability to perform CRM communication tests

• Higher technical education

• Experience in banking
