Description

You will lead banking initiatives and complex projects/programmes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. The role includes execution setup, change management (with risk management and escalations), coaching teams, and coordinating across interconnected areas and legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives of varying complexity in line with business strategy and priorities

• Design and organize effective execution setups

• Conduct change management activities including risk management and escalations

• Coach individuals and teams to enhance team performance

• Coordinate multiple interconnected areas, managing outsourcing and regulatory challenges

• Drive implementation of changes across business areas and legal entities

• Facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and change management

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment

• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and business functions
