Description

Work as a CRM Business Analyst supporting the development of CRM solutions, customer data management processes, and data-driven marketing initiatives. You will analyze and define business requirements for CRM, design and optimize customer data processes, support multi-channel marketing campaign implementations, and manage and analyze customer data. You’ll also participate in functional and regression tests, monitor campaign effectiveness, prepare project and analytical documentation, and contribute to data quality and Data Management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements for CRM solutions
• Design and optimize customer data-related processes
• Support implementations of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Manage and analyze customer data
• Participate in functional and regression testing of CRM systems
• Collaborate with business, IT, and marketing teams
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
• Prepare project and analytical documentation
• Participate in data quality and Data Management initiatives

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Experience working with customer data
• Ability to elicit and document business requirements
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
