Description

Support the delivery of consistent, engaging, personalized CRM communications across digital channels in the financial sector. Create and coordinate multi-channel campaigns (such as SMS, email, push notifications, email 2.0, and in-app/mobile and internet banking banners), including testing before publishing and analyzing performance to recommend improvements. Collaborate with business owners, Product Owners, legal, the marketing agency, and developers while ensuring message consistency—especially during the transition to Adobe AEM.

Responsibilities

• Create and coordinate CRM communications across digital channels: SMS, email, push notifications, “Email 2.0”, and banners in mobile apps and internet banking.

• Manage the end-to-end campaign process in the assigned product area and coordinate multiple activities in parallel.

• Plan and run message tests to verify correctness before publication.

• Analyze campaign results and communication effectiveness, and recommend changes and improvements.

• Work with stakeholders including business owners, Product Owners, legal, a marketing agency, and developers.

• Maintain consistent messaging across all channels and tailor it to audience needs.

Requirements

• Experience working with CRM tools or marketing automation platforms.

• Knowledge of Adobe AEM.

• Experience creating engaging and personalized digital communication while ensuring consistency across channels.

• Ability to manage CRM campaigns and coordinate multiple topics at the same time.

• Ability to analyze communication results and translate insights into actionable recommendations and improvements.

• Good organization and ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
