Responsibilities

• Create personalized CRM communication related to products, promotions, reminders, and event-based messaging

• Edit and update content and adapt messages to templates and current requirements

• Ensure consistency of communication, plain language, aesthetics, and compliance with agreed standards

• Plan and coordinate digital communication activities for the assigned product area

• Analyze business needs and include the customer perspective when preparing communication

• Plan and conduct tests to improve communication effectiveness

• Support the development of communication tools and collaborate with technical teams

• Collaborate with business partners, legal teams, and advertising agencies

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating copywriting skills with engaging, short, and easy-to-understand content

• Analytical skills and ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of banking products and sales processes

• Ability to consider customer needs and their journeys when designing communication

• Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and interest in communication and media trends

• Good communication skills, openness, and teamwork ability

• Independence, responsibility, thoroughness, conscientiousness, and strong organization

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Willingness to share knowledge

• English proficiency at least B1
