Description

Manage and oversee long-term IT initiatives focused on implementing AI solutions and an Agentic SDLC approach. Coordinate delivery between development, data, architecture, and business stakeholders, adapting the human-agent collaboration model to existing business processes, systems, and domain knowledge. Ensure predictable execution by monitoring quality, timelines, and overall effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise IT project delivery

• Coordinate collaboration between developers, data analysts, system architects, and business representatives

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and project registers

• Support AI solution rollouts by analyzing business needs and coordinating project activities

• Monitor quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of technological initiatives

• Plan work for project teams and report progress

• Report project status to leadership and participate in project reviews

• Manage project risks, budget, and schedule

• Ensure compliance with applicable organizational and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT project management or technology project coordination

• Experience with AI-related projects or IT process transformation

• Knowledge of implementing AI solutions in organizations

• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum and Kanban)

• Knowledge of Waterfall methodology

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience with MS Project or similar project planning tools

• Very good proficiency in MS Excel

• Experience creating project documentation, backlogs, schedules, risk registers, and status reports

• Ability to run project meetings and communicate effectively between technical and business teams

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

• Ability to manage project risk and budget

• Experience delivering projects for both internal and external clients

• Technical university degree or related field
