Description

Lead and supervise IT technology projects end-to-end, supporting the rollout of an Agentic SDLC approach that uses collaboration between people and AI agents during software delivery. Partner with developer, data, and architecture teams as well as business stakeholders to evaluate AI-related needs, coordinate implementation, and maintain high-quality project documentation and artifacts. Manage risks, budget, schedules, dependencies, and provide regular status reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee IT projects from planning to monitoring outcomes and progress

• Collaborate with developers, data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders

• Identify business needs and assess the rationale for AI-based solutions

• Coordinate and monitor AI solution implementation

• Maintain project documentation (backlogs, schedules, budgets, risk/dependency registers, status reports)

• Plan project team work and monitor delivery quality and timeliness

• Manage project risks, budget, schedule, and dependencies

• Report project status to senior management and participate in project/strategy reviews

• Ensure initiatives comply with legal requirements and ethical standards

• Support clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in IT project management or project coordination (including PMO experience)

• Practical knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall

• Experience preparing and managing project documentation (backlogs, schedules, risk/dependency registers, status reports)

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Practical knowledge of MS Project (or equivalent scheduling tools)

• MS Excel at least at intermediate level

• Skills in managing risk, budget, and schedule for technology projects

• Experience working with many stakeholders and delivering projects for internal/external clients

• Strong communication skills (status meetings; translating technical topics for non-technical audiences)

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to set priorities

• Ability to work under time pressure and react to changing project conditions

• University degree in a technical field (e.g., IT, automation, mathematics, econometrics or related)

• Self-driven, committed, and open to learning modern technologies
