Description

Lead client projects for web and mobile applications, from building products from scratch to growing existing ones. You will create specifications, perform valuations and estimates, manage budgets and deadlines, and coordinate between clients and developers. Use AI tools to accelerate work—while retaining ownership and critically verifying outputs before they reach the client or your team.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects for global clients (new product builds and product development)

• Supervise work on mobile and web applications

• Maintain and manage relationships with both clients and developers; negotiate when needed

• Create specifications and project valuations

• Prepare reports and settlements; keep project documentation organized

• Control budgets, track deadlines, and estimate delivery time

• Support developers and plan/manage your team’s work

• Advise clients on business solutions and recommended approaches

• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to speed up delivery tasks

• Continuously improve project execution by testing new tools and workflows and sharing what works

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT company

• Product-focused mindset

• Fluent English (C1) and fluent Polish (C1)

• Strong sense of responsibility and independence

• Experience with Jira

• Experience managing web and mobile applications

• Good organization and prioritization skills

• Experience managing teams (up to 6–8 members)

• Ability to negotiate with clients and developers

• Creative problem solving in projects and client communication

• Ability to gather customer feedback and communicate it to developers

• Experience managing budgets

• Ability to make decisions and work under time pressure

• Use AI tools daily and critically verify their output before it reaches the client/team

• Interest in HealthTech and readiness to work where quality, compliance, and patient impact matter
