Description

Drive the delivery and growth of Intelligent Automation (IA) consulting services by guiding organizations through their AI and hyperautomation journey. Define enterprise-wide IA strategies that combine RPA, ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics, and lead large-scale engagements with executive stakeholders to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, shaping AI-driven automation strategies
• Define enterprise-wide IA strategies integrating RPA, ML, NLP, smart workflows, and cognitive analytics
• Develop business cases and measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI) for automation programs
• Stay current on emerging trends in AI, generative AI, and automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform)
• Manage on-time, on-budget delivery of complex IA programs
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams for technical soundness, scalability, and alignment with client objectives
• Lead process assessment and re-engineering to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Establish governance and risk management frameworks for quality and compliance
• Drive pre-sales activities: proposals, client presentations, and statement of work definitions
• Build and expand client relationships to identify new IA opportunities
• Support practice development with best practices, accelerators, and thought leadership

Requirements

• 7–8+ years in technology consulting, including 3–4+ years in Intelligent Automation, RPA, and AI/ML transformation programs
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or distributed teams and diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on exposure to one or more RPA/BPM platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Platform, Camunda, Appian
• Working knowledge of agentic orchestration, ML, NLP, or computer vision concepts as applied to business automation
• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Consulting skills in strategy design, business value realization, ROI modeling, and executive workshop facilitation
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Familiarity with process improvement methods and delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
