Description

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions. Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and architect scalable solutions using RPA, AI/ML, and BPM. Oversee implementation and deployment while integrating the right automation platforms and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design for intelligent automation projects

• Assess current business processes and identify automation/optimization areas

• Develop architectural blueprints and technical documentation

• Select and integrate automation platforms and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

• Oversee implementation and deployment, ensuring best practices and quality

• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers

• Stay current with intelligent automation trends and advancements

Requirements

• Proven experience architecting and delivering intelligent automation solutions in enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of RPA platforms, AI/ML technologies, and BPM tools

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Relevant automation certifications (plus)
