Description

You will translate AI technology opportunities into concrete solutions that streamline business work. The role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, designing/testing/deploying AI-based solutions, and building automations that support day-to-day team operations. You will also evaluate new AI tools, collaborate with business and IT teams, and continuously monitor and optimize the impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify business areas and processes that can be improved with AI and automation

• Design, test, and implement AI-based solutions

• Create and develop automations that support daily work of teams

• Analyze business processes and propose efficiency-improving solutions

• Test new AI tools and assess their practical use cases

• Collaborate with business and IT teams during implementations

• Monitor effectiveness of improvements and further optimize them

• Share knowledge and support teams in effective AI tool usage

Requirements

• Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar), beyond basic content generation

• Understanding of how AI can be used for automation and business process improvement

• Skill in creating effective prompts and using AI to solve specific problems

• Analytical mindset to identify problems and find effective solutions

• Creativity, initiative, and openness to experimenting with new technologies

• Independence in researching, testing solutions, and drawing conclusions

• Communication skills and ability to collaborate with people from different business areas

• Willingness to continuously develop competencies in a rapidly changing AI landscape

• English proficiency to read technical documentation comfortably
