Description

Lead end-to-end requirements for complex enterprise automation projects, translating ambiguous business needs into robust functional specifications. Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders (up to C-level) and partner with architects and tech leads to design human, RPA, and AI-driven “to-be” workflows. Drive GenAI/LLM/RAG use case discovery and engineer comprehensive requirements for intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the requirements lifecycle end-to-end: elicit, prioritize, and translate needs into functional specifications
• Facilitate high-stakes workshops and manage competing priorities with stakeholders
• Partner with architects and tech leads to design To-Be workflows (human, RPA, or AI-driven) aligned to business goals
• Drive AI & automation strategy through use case discovery and comprehensive requirements for GenAI/LLMs/RAG architectures
• Proactively expand expertise in emerging AI technologies via advanced training and professional certifications

Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in global, agile IT services or consulting environments
• Deep BA framework mastery (e.g., BABOK), including advanced elicitation, traceability, and modeling (BPMN/UML; tools such as Jira and Visio)
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams across diverse SDLC projects, including automation
• Advanced negotiation and presentation skills; English B2+ minimum
• Structured, data-driven approach to complex enterprise challenges with high ambiguity
• Hands-on experience or strong theoretical knowledge of Generative AI and foundational architectures (LLMs, RAG modeling, system prompt engineering, AI validation)
