Description

Support client onboarding by analyzing, evaluating, and documenting onboarding and KYC (OBKYC) requirements for corporate banking. Help implement onboarding and KYC renewal solutions, including application forms and data integrations across multiple systems, while translating business processes into IT workflows. Partner with global stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions and help ensure project stability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document OBKYC requirements with CIB Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management
• Manage implementation of onboarding and KYC renewal application forms and facilitate data integrations
• Document business processes and IT workflows for development and enhancement
• Provide stakeholder support and advice on onboarding and KYC solution/product queries
• Prioritize work with product owners and stakeholders to meet global business needs
• Identify risks, report issues, and develop mitigation strategies
• Mentor junior BA or engineering team members
• Collaborate cross-region to support teamwork

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in customer onboarding, KYC processes, and CDD requirements in financial services
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes and document user stories
• Experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience on global projects with diverse stakeholders and teams
• Knowledge of data integration development in customer onboarding scenarios
• Fluent English for communication, presentations, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work closely with software engineers and in manual testing environments
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
