Description

You will support development of the Omnichannel Platform and digital services for individual customers. The work includes analyzing and designing system solutions, modeling business processes, refining business and system requirements, and collaborating with architects, UX designers, developers, and testers to deliver key digital banking initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and develop the Omnichannel Platform for accounts and deposits for retail customers

• Analyze, model, and optimize digital-channel customer service processes

• Identify, analyze, and clarify requirements for new functionalities and services

• Design solutions that support modern digital banking and improve customer experience

• Prepare business process models, analytical documentation, and solution recommendations

• Write user stories and collaborate on building, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog

• Run workshops and align with business stakeholders; coordinate across organization areas

• Assess the impact of new features, process changes, and technology changes on existing banking systems

• Participate in designing integrations between systems supporting account and deposit processes

• Collaborate with UX, architects, developers, and testers across the delivery lifecycle

• Support testing, business acceptance, and deployment of new solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst

• Ability to connect business and technology perspectives and convert ideas into clear requirements

• Proficiency in modeling processes and solutions with UML and BPMN

• Experience with user stories, requirements, and product backlog

• Practical knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of system integration and SQL, REST, SOAP, and Kafka

• Experience with Agile and Scrum

• Ability to analyze dependencies in complex systems and assess impacts of change

• Ability to independently run workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication

• Proactive and independent approach to continuous improvement
