Description

You will join a team developing systems that support risk management. The role bridges business and IT: analyze complex processes, design data flows and integrations, and document technical solutions in collaboration with architects and developers. You will also validate proposed solutions through Proof of Concept (PoC).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Design changes in systems, integrations, and data flows.

• Analyze data sources and design Source-to-Target mappings and feed processes.

• Create analytical and technical documentation (data models, data flow diagrams, specifications for development teams).

• Analyze large data volumes and collaborate with architects, developers, and DBAs during design, testing, and deployment.

• Verify proposed solutions by preparing Proof of Concept (PoC).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Analyst / Technical Analyst.

• Experience in system analysis, integration design, and data flow modeling.

• Very good SQL (Oracle) and experience working with databases and data warehouses.

• Ability to analyze data models (ERD) and design data mappings for Source-to-Target processes.

• Experience handling and analyzing large data volumes.

• Knowledge of: Oracle Database, Python, Apache Spark, Hadoop/Big Data, REST API, JSON, XML, Git.

• Experience preparing analytical documentation for development teams.

• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.

• Very good communication skills and independence in running analyses and proposing solutions.
