Description

Ignite innovation in data and banking solutions by transforming complex requirements into functional and technical assets. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, working across platforms to ensure integration and optimum performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into functional and data solutions, using existing platform features or requesting new ones

• Educate stakeholders on practical solutions to meet their needs

• Work with solution architects to convert functional insights into technical specifications, including data quality assessments and coverage analyses

• Document detailed requirements, including business challenges, benefits, solutions, and expected outcomes

• Conduct or oversee testing to validate solutions and coordinate with testing teams for formal sign-off

• Support deployment efforts and respond to post-implementation queries; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and validate deliverables before sharing

• Flex working hours to align with global teams and support cross-time-zone collaboration

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or similar role within financial services or banking

• Strong expertise in data analysis and visualization using Spark, Scala, Hadoop, and related platforms

• Knowledge of HDFS filesystems and Unix environments (Quantexa is a plus)

• Proficiency in cloud platform understanding

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

• Ability to work independently, demonstrate problem-solving, and drive ownership of projects

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and logical thinking

• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
