Description

You will work on a Core Banking transformation replacing local legacy banking systems with a unified Core Banking platform. You will collect, analyze, and document requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into features and user stories for development teams, including handover and collaboration with technical stakeholders. The work includes statements and reporting-related requirements in a complex banking program.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders

• Document requirements as features and user stories

• Independently manage the requirements process from collection through documentation and handover to developers

• Collaborate with developers and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood

• Analyze complex business and IT environments and identify dependencies

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within a large-scale Core Banking program

• Quickly understand existing systems, processes, and program structures

• Support the transformation from local legacy banking systems to a unified Core Banking platform

• Work with statements and reporting-related requirements

• Contribute to delivery of banking solutions in a complex program environment

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst

• Banking sector experience, preferably within a larger banking organization

• Strong knowledge and experience with statements and reporting

• Experience in large-scale IT transformation programs

• Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

• Proven ability to manage requirements end-to-end (collection to handover)

• Experience working in large programs (~300+ employees)

• Fluent English

• Ability to quickly onboard into complex established programs

• Hadoop experience (advantage)

• Nordic banking environment experience (advantage)

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment
