Description

You will help create modern solutions that improve service for business customers, with a focus on automating, optimizing, and digitizing credit/lending processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and functional requirements with representatives from different bank units

• Design business processes and system solutions, including functional concepts, screen mockups, and business rule models

• Identify opportunities for automation, robotization, and optimization of lending processes

• Work with business teams, risk, IT, and developers across all project stages

• Anticipate stakeholder needs across the lending process

• Prepare analytical and project documentation; support users in defining requirements

• Participate in testing, verify solutions against business requirements, and coordinate rollout

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in transformation and IT projects

• Practical ability to analyze business needs and define functional requirements

• Knowledge of corporate banking products, including collateral forms and contract terms

• Experience in automation/robotization/digitization/transformation of processes

• Ability to map processes in BPMN and prepare implementation/change requirements

• Experience in creating Business Case

• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and requirement documentation skills

• Practical knowledge of Jira and Confluence

• Understanding of data flow and system integration models

• Knowledge of process management and process improvement principles

• Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills

• Practical knowledge of PRINCE2, PMI, Lean, or Six Sigma

• Experience working in Agile environments (Agile, Scrum, or DevOps)

• Independence in leading projects and initiatives; good organization and task planning

• Very good Polish and English (minimum B2)
