Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a large KYC project in the banking sector. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and the development team to define requirements and document business processes. The team works in an agile Scrum environment focused on the development and maintenance of the KYC area.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs at the user system level and propose appropriate solutions.

• Define and specify functional and non-functional requirements.

• Create analytical and project documentation.

• Describe business processes using BPMN notation.

• Identify and document business rules and algorithms.

• Communicate continuously with delivery teams and business representatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large projects in financial organizations.

• Higher education in a technical, economic, or banking profile.

• Established knowledge of banking products.

• Experience implementing new functionalities in banking systems.

• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML modeling techniques.

• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect.

• Strong analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions, and summarize.

• Independence, good work organization, and resilience under stressful situations.

• English proficiency (C1) in speaking and writing.
