Description

You’ll help shape and deliver onboarding solutions for institutional clients on a global scale, working at the intersection of business and technology with a focus on KYC and regulatory requirements. You will elicit and translate business needs into actionable requirements, support implementation through cross-system integrations, workflow optimization, reporting, and UI/UX changes, and assist with functional testing and defect resolution.

Responsibilities

• Build in-depth knowledge of client onboarding workflows, including KYC and regulatory requirements

• Lead global projects covering cross-system integrations, UI/UX changes, workflow optimization, data models, and reporting

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to elicit, define, and translate business needs into requirements

• Present requirements, solution proposals, and acceptance criteria to Client Managers and Product Owners

• Refine designs and user stories with IT teams and translate technical solutions into business language

• Conduct functional testing and help resolve defects with developers

• Prepare content for senior stakeholder forums and support user readiness with training materials

Requirements

• Fast learner able to grasp complex business domains and processes

• Hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYC, regulatory compliance, and financial products

• Proven expertise in requirement engineering for complex end-to-end projects

• Technical understanding of APIs, system integration, and SQL

• Full life cycle experience from requirement gathering to delivery in business-facing IT

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills across varying seniority levels in business and IT

• Proactive escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies

• Results-driven, delivery-focused mindset
