Description

Transform complex financial and leasing operations into intelligent IT solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements for business-critical systems. You will analyze processes and design IT solutions aligned with business objectives, while collaborating with developers, testers, system administrators, and external software vendors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, system administrators, and external software vendors

• Independently analyze and model business processes

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Assess technical feasibility and identify system assumptions and constraints

• Translate business requirements into User Stories and Use Cases

• Create and maintain analytical and technical documentation in Confluence

• Oversee project team activities and verify delivered solutions comply with business requirements

• Support testing activities and assist the Helpdesk team in analyzing complex incidents

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• At least 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role

• Strong experience gathering, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements

• Good knowledge of SQL and experience performing data analysis

• Knowledge of UML notation or BPMN

• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

• Experience creating User Stories, Use Cases, and technical documentation

• Strong analytical and forward-thinking skills, with the ability to proactively identify risks and issues

• Polish required; English communicative level for reading technical documentation and communicating issues to international vendors

• Existing legal right to work in Europe
