Description

Lead CRM and reporting implementation projects for major pharmaceutical and FMCG clients across Europe. You’ll manage the full project cycle from initial analysis through planning and coordination to launch in live operations, working closely with both clients and the development team in Czech and English. Advanced MS Excel skills and active use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) are treated as standard in modern project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM and reporting projects for key clients

• Own the entire project lifecycle from analysis to go-live

• Coordinate clients and the development team (Czech and English communication)

• Travel to Prague for key leadership meetings (typically about once per week)

Requirements

• Experience leading IT projects (at least 10 projects delivered)

• Advanced MS Excel; Power BI is an advantage; basic SQL orientation is preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

• Good Czech and English for everyday professional communication

• Independent, reliable, client-focused working style

• Active use of AI tools as part of project management
