Description

Lead delivery across CRM projects by ensuring delivery standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks are followed. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies while monitoring project performance using KPIs and project health indicators. Coach delivery teams and align CRM delivery with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery standards and best practices are followed across CRM projects

• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies

• Monitor project performance, KPIs, and quality benchmark adherence

• Help teams resolve delivery challenges and manage risks

• Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of CRM delivery frameworks

• Align CRM delivery with business goals with stakeholders

• Coach and guide project managers and delivery teams

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience delivering CRM projects (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

• Several years of delivery management, project/program management, or PMO experience in IT or consulting

• Experience defining and improving delivery standards, frameworks, and quality processes

• Good knowledge of delivery KPIs, project health monitoring, and risk management

• Experience coaching or mentoring project managers and delivery teams

• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to connect delivery to business outcomes

• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches

• Fluent English
