Description

You will own and implement the central IT asset management process, represented in ServiceNow, to keep the company’s CMDB populated and up to date. The role includes operating the connected Discovery solution and developing ServiceNow elements (flows, catalog items, and business rules) to support asset and configuration management. You will ensure the quality of asset data and onboard business units to use the process.

Responsibilities

• Align and define the central IT asset management process

• Implement the process in ServiceNow

• Onboard units for using the process

• Develop and optimize catalog items in the context of asset and configuration management

• Ensure the quality of asset data

Requirements

• Several years of experience in asset management in enterprise environments

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and CMDB data models

• Experience developing flows, catalog items, and business rules

• Good JavaScript knowledge

• Ideally ITIL process knowledge and experience with Discovery

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and CMDB

• German language skills required

• Temporary staffing employment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) required
