Description

You will manage, coordinate, and further develop the organization’s information systems and digital services, covering the full lifecycle from preparation and implementation through testing, handover, operation, maintenance, and further development. The role includes vendor coordination and technical acceptance/verification, monitoring of availability, performance, and security with SLA evaluation, and ensuring backup/recovery, incident resolution, and data integrations. You will also support web, CMS, and open-data/data services, and contribute to cybersecurity measures for the systems.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, coordinate IT operations, and drive development of information systems and digital services

  • Provide end-to-end technical lifecycle support (prep, implement, test, hand over, operate, maintain, evolve)

  • Ensure technical delivery and subsequent operation of a new application for the organization’s oversight agenda (including acceptance support and evaluation of deliverables)

  • Coordinate external IT vendors and verify fulfillment of technical, operational, and contractual requirements

  • Monitor availability, performance, and security; evaluate SLA compliance

  • Coordinate backups and data recovery; handle operational and security incidents

  • Manage and develop system integrations with external systems, registries, and data sources

  • Provide technical support for oversight and administrative activities (data work, reports, exports, technical inputs)

  • Manage and develop web solutions and the organization’s editorial/content system

  • Prepare and develop open-data outputs and other data services

  • Support monitoring tools for political advertising and related digital platforms

  • Track technology trends and propose suitable technical solutions; provide methodological support to non-IT staff
