Description

You will be responsible for defining IT Asset Management processes and implementing them in ServiceNow with a strong focus on CMDB. The role covers building and optimizing ServiceNow components such as flows, catalog items, and business rules, as well as ensuring asset and configuration data quality. You will also support onboarding of units to adopt the process.

Responsibilities

• Align and define a central IT Asset Management process

• Map and implement the process in ServiceNow

• Onboard organizational units to use the process

• Develop and optimize catalog items in the context of asset and configuration management

• Ensure asset data quality

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in asset management

• Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform

• Knowledge of CMDB data models

• Experience developing flows, catalog items, and business rules

• Strong JavaScript skills

• German language skills (minimum B2)
