Description

The IT Asset Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining records of software licenses, SaaS services, subscriptions, and IT hardware across the group.

Track usage, ensure data quality, identify cost-optimization opportunities, and prepare inputs for purchasing, renewing, or ending contracts. Support Software Asset Management and Hardware Asset Management processes and collaborate with IT, technical procurement, finance, cyber security, and international colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT services management

• Very good working knowledge of data handling and MS Excel

• Analytical thinking and ability to work independently

• English at least B2

• Advantage: experience with ITAM/SAM, CMDB, or Service Desk tools

• Advantage: knowledge of licensing models for Microsoft, SAP, and SaaS solutions
