Description

You will shape the further development and stable operation of the central ServiceNow platform. You develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow applications and processes across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Hardware and Software Asset Management (HAM/SAM). You design automations, workflows, business logic, and integrations using REST APIs and web services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and optimize ServiceNow applications and processes

• Design automations, workflows, and business logic to reduce manual effort

• Implement integrations with connected systems (e.g., infrastructure, monitoring, asset systems) using REST APIs and web services

• Support continuous development and quality assurance of the CMDB, including data models, relationships, and governance

• Collaborate with international IT teams, architects, and business departments to translate technical requirements into robust solutions

• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, releases, and continuous improvements of the ServiceNow environment

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or ServiceNow Specialist

• Strong knowledge in at least one area: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HAM, or SAM

• Solid ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript (Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)

• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation solutions

• Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management concepts

• Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style in agile and international teams

• Very good English; German is an advantage
