Description

You’ll help shape and operate a stable, future-ready IT landscape with an engaged, collegial IT team. The role centers on Microsoft Administration (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform) and also includes support for on-prem and hybrid server, network, and client infrastructure. You’ll contribute to security, updates, backups, monitoring, and IT/digitalization projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer and further develop Microsoft environments, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams & Power Platform
• Maintain and secure server, network, and client infrastructure (on-prem & hybrid)
• Support user and authorization management, MFA, updates, backups, and monitoring
• Work on IT and digitalization projects and contribute your experience
• Provide pragmatic, solution-oriented IT support to colleagues

Requirements

• Solid IT knowledge and experience in system administration
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365
• Experience with PowerShell and Windows systems
• Basic understanding of networks, servers, and IT operating systems
• German level C1 (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of IT security or cloud topics
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V or VMware)
