Description

Design end-to-end solution architecture on the Salesforce Health Cloud platform. Translate functional and non-functional requirements into a scalable system design, define integration and data flows between Salesforce and external systems, and provide technical leadership for development teams. Ensure the architecture aligns with Salesforce best practices and industry standards while supporting governance and solution reviews across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Long-term collaboration on Salesforce-based consulting projects for large and mid-sized enterprises across industries (e.g., automotive, healthcare, finance, banking, production)

• Architect Salesforce Health Cloud solutions end-to-end

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable architecture

• Define integration architecture and data flows between Salesforce and external systems

• Evaluate and take ownership of an existing solution delivered by a third-party vendor

• Provide technical leadership and architectural support to development teams

• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, and key client stakeholders

• Ensure architectural compliance with Salesforce best practices and industry standards

• Support governance processes, solution reviews, and architectural decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Salesforce architecture

• At least 3 years of practical experience as a Salesforce Health Cloud Architect or Solution Architect for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud and the Salesforce ecosystem

• Proven experience with Salesforce implementation and transformation projects

• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture

• Experience designing system integrations, APIs, and data architecture

• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder relationship management

• English level B2–C1 for smooth international communication

• Availability ASAP (max. 1-month notice, effective at month end)
