Description

Lead the integration and implementation of Salesforce CRM with external systems, ensuring data integrity and scalable architecture. Guide large teams of developers and technical professionals, create and maintain reference architecture designs, and align technical delivery with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to developers, consultants, and technical teams

• Design and develop core architecture for complex Salesforce-based solutions

• Produce and maintain architecture designs for testing, documentation, and training

• Advise on Salesforce best practices and enforce platform standards

• Collaborate with client managers and technical teams to align IT strategy with organizational goals

• Promote adoption of new frameworks, tools, and architectural best practices

• Analyze technical trends and propose innovative architecture improvements

• Oversee technological risks and support decision-making for smooth transition to operations

• Deliver ongoing enhancements, system maintenance, optimization, and refactoring

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce technical and solution architecture

• Track record of leading large technical teams and delivering complex projects in telecommunications or similar industries

• Strong expertise designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems

• Experience with process transformation and optimization

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and enterprise design patterns

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, System Architect/Application Architect or equivalent)

• Excellent problem-solving skills translating business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions

• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, structured approach

• Strong English communication skills (B2+)
