You will design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and Salesforce platform best practices. The role focuses on solving complex technical problems while leading high-quality solution architecture and end-to-end implementations across core Salesforce clouds.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture principles and design solutions that scale and remain robust

• Develop and maintain high-level solution design documentation

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders

• Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementations

• Establish and promote technical standards, integration practices, and platform optimization

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Salesforce experience with a strong track record in solution architecture

• Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, CLM, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning, especially planning and scheduling processes

• Ability to design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions in line with business goals and platform best practices

• Experience developing and maintaining high-level solution design documentation

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementations

• Ability to establish and promote technical standards, integration practices, and platform optimization across projects

• English skills sufficient to lead technical and architectural discussions with stakeholders
