Description

Design and guide Salesforce solution development for internal healthcare stakeholders, enabling streamlined Patient Services and Innovative Medicine capabilities. Provide strategic architecture direction, ensure security and compliance alignment, and influence solution roadmaps by matching business objectives. Lead feasibility and requirements activities and validate solution designs for traceability and optimal user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead solution designs aligned to Patient Services and Innovative Medicine domains
  • Support product owners and managers in defining scope and shaping future roadmaps
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and participate in requirements-gathering workshops
  • Maximize Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities while delivering an optimal user experience
  • Validate designs against architecture principles and ensure traceability to functional and non-functional requirements
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards within solution delivery scope
  • Document solution designs and provide implementation oversight
  • Collaborate on deployment planning and environment migrations
  • Provide architectural and technical leadership in decision forums
  • Ensure implemented solutions meet specifications and drive business value

Requirements

  • University degree in business, IT, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare solution design, business analysis, or architecture roles
  • Strong practical functional expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Health Cloud features
  • Prior experience in global, complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of Patient Services capability areas and pharmacovigilance-related requirements
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate in a matrix organization
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Proactive, result-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
