Description

Lead a high-impact Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementation for a major client in the Life and Voluntary Benefits domain. You will align technical solutions with business objectives, define the technical vision and architecture principles, and ensure scalability, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. You’ll collaborate with business and technology teams to shape the IT roadmap and deliver robust, future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Align business requirements with Salesforce FSC capabilities to ensure successful implementation
  • Drive solution design decisions balancing customization and out-of-the-box functionality
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain engagement across the project lifecycle
  • Address scalability and performance challenges and ensure technical excellence
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and mitigate related risks
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integrations
  • Define architecture principles and ensure alignment with the IT strategy
  • Analyze industry trends and design a technology roadmap consistent with organizational objectives
  • Translate conceptual designs into operational solutions and support deployment planning
  • Coordinate ongoing activities and guide teams toward delivery against tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud with proven implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of Life and Voluntary Benefits domain and business processes
  • In-depth understanding of aligning business needs with technical solutions
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in financial services
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a client-centric environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Experience defining IT strategies, technical roadmaps, and managing architecture risks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for project execution
