Description

You will lead the integration and implementation of Salesforce CRM with external systems in the telecommunications domain. The role emphasizes data integrity, scalable architecture, and delivering optimized solutions aligned with business goals. You will guide large teams of developers and technical professionals to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct developers, consultants, and technical teams; drive the technical vision for system integration and scalable solutions

• Design and develop core architecture for complex Salesforce-based solutions

• Produce and maintain architecture designs for use in testing, documentation, and training

• Advise on Salesforce best practices and ensure adherence to platform standards and out-of-the-box capabilities

• Collaborate with client and technical teams to align IT strategy with business goals and stakeholder needs

• Promote adoption of new frameworks, tools, and architectural best practices across technology departments

• Analyze technology trends and propose innovative solutions to improve system architecture

• Oversee technological risks; support stakeholder decision-making and ensure a smooth transition from design to operations

• Deliver ongoing enhancements, system maintenance, optimization, and refactoring

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce technical and solution architecture

• Track record of leading large technical teams and delivering complex projects in telecommunications or similar industries

• Strong expertise designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems

• Experience in process transformation and optimization

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and enterprise design patterns

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, System Architect/Application Architect or equivalent)

• Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions

• Ability to perform under pressure with a proactive, structured approach

• Strong communication skills in English (B2+)
