Lead the integration and implementation of Salesforce CRM with external systems. Focus on maintaining data integrity, designing scalable architecture, and delivering optimized solutions for the telecommunications domain. Provide technical leadership to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to developers, consultants, and technical teams
  • Drive technical vision for system integration, data integrity, and scalable solutions
  • Design and develop core architecture for complex Salesforce-based solutions
  • Produce and maintain architecture designs for testing, documentation, and training
  • Advise on Salesforce best practices and ensure adherence to platform standards and out-of-the-box capabilities
  • Collaborate with client managers and technical teams to align IT strategy with organizational goals
  • Promote adoption of new frameworks, tools, and architectural best practices
  • Analyze technological trends and propose innovative solutions to enhance system architecture
  • Oversee technological risks, support stakeholder decision-making, and ensure smooth transition to operational solutions
  • Deliver ongoing enhancements, system maintenance, optimization, and refactoring

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce technical and solution architecture
  • Track record leading large technical teams and delivering complex projects in telecommunications or similar industries
  • Strong expertise designing integrations between Salesforce and external systems
  • Experience in process transformation and optimization
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and enterprise design patterns
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, System Architect / Application Architect, or equivalent)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills translating business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Ability to perform under pressure with a proactive, structured approach
  • Strong English communication skills (B2+)
