Description

You will provide technical support to foreign customers for turnstiles and identification systems via phone and email. You will also travel to clients for on-site technical work and take part in implementing new orders. The role includes collaboration with internal departments (especially development) to pass on customer feedback and report defects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by phone and email

• Conduct client visits and participate in technical implementation of new orders

• Coordinate with other departments, especially development, to relay customer feedback and report errors/defects

Requirements

• Technical education

• Advantage: electrical engineering qualification

• Positive attitude toward IT

• Experience with MS Office

• Independent work style

• Customer-friendly behavior and strong communication/organizational skills

• Active driver (required for client travel)
