Description

You will support IT users and employees with IT requests in the assigned external locations and subsidiaries under the support contract, handling second-level support (Client Team). The position includes both remote and on-site assistance.

• Support users remotely and on-site

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT business professional/digitalization management, or equivalent
• Reliability, commitment, readiness to deploy, and ability to independently learn new topics
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and hardware environments
• Willingness for occasional weekend work and occasional business travel
• German skills at C-level; good English skills are an advantage
