Description

You will work with the shift supervisor to ensure shift operations run smoothly from a systems standpoint. You’ll help implement new technologies, processes, or activities, supervise operational processes, and report discrepancies and issues. You will also handle customer requests using dedicated customer-service programs in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shift operation from a systems perspective
• Support the introduction of new technologies, processes, and activities
• Follow established procedures and performance standards
• Oversee operational processes and escalate nonconformities/issues to the supervisor
• Process customer requests in English using customer-service systems/programs

Requirements

• Secondary education
• Communication skills
• Dynamic working abilities
• Analytical thinking
• English proficiency (spoken and written)
• User-level knowledge of MS Office
