Description

You will provide daily communication with customers, gather and resolve their technical requirements, and deliver technical support for company products and solutions. The role includes installing, implementing, and configuring devices and related software, diagnosing and solving technical problems, and maintaining request records in an information system. You will also train customers and users and collaborate with colleagues on complex requests.

Requirements

• Technical secondary education (electro or IT preferred)
• Good communication skills and pleasant customer-facing behavior
• Technical thinking and basic orientation in IT
• Basic knowledge of working with databases
• Responsibility, reliability, and ability to independently handle assigned tasks
• Willingness to learn and further develop technical knowledge
• Driver’s license Category B
