Description

You will provide technical support for IT systems used in pharmacies and pharmacy chains. You will install and configure client software and hardware, monitor and diagnose system operation, and conduct periodic user trainings.

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of computer hardware, network infrastructure, and Windows operating and server systems

• Ability to repair and service computers, laptops, printers, and fiscal printers

• Experience in a similar IT support/service role

• Good organization of work and ability to work independently

• Customer orientation and ability to build and maintain business relationships

• Valid driving license category B

• Willingness to travel for business within Warsaw and the surrounding area
